1 Characteristics of PGM
1.1 Presentation
The PGM certification was developed with the aim of providing participating professionals with skills relevant to the systemic view of organizational life, developing skills and strategic attitudes that increase business performance, in addition to overcoming the natural difficulties to manage an organization, based on strategies appropriate to the situation and the market where the company operates. The training and evaluation structure was designed to provide a homogeneous training and general knowledge in the area of supply chain management for all participants. It is expected that the student will be able, once the course is completed, to fully apply the set of instruments presented throughout the program.

Professionals who perform functions for which a deep vision of supply chain management is indispensable.
Liberal professionals who aim to improve their knowledge to enable their career growth, opening up new possibilities of action.
Administrators who, although they work in other areas, realize the importance of supply chain knowledge in their professional development.

2 Objectives
To train and certify professional economists with the ability to use practical and theoretical concepts for the benefit of a more efficient decision-making process.
